This suit was instituted by filing a bill in equity by appellees Taliaferro, both as upland proprietors and as taxpayers, against appellants, Caples and the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund, to quiet title to certain lands located in Sarasota County, Florida, and to protect them against an alleged infringement of their riparian rights.
