This cause was tried in the circuit court of Copiah county on November 21, 1932, resulting in a judgment for the appellee, the power company, defendant in the court below, and on November 22, 1932, one of the attorneys for the appellant, plaintiff in the court below, addressed a note to the court reporter requesting him to transcribe his notes taken on the trial for the purposes of appeal, sending a copy thereof to the circuit clerk of the county, as required by law.
