OPINION

{¶ 1} This appeal arises from the September 12, 2006 judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, which sentenced appellant, Mr. Brian R. Lewis, to a three year sentence for one count of conspiracy in violation of R.C. 2923.01. For the following reasons, we affirm.
