The appellants are owners of a building in Jacksonville, one side of which they oceupy for business of their own, and the other side they leased to the appellees, who use it in a general dry goods business. While so using it their goods were damaged by rain water coming in through the roof, and they sue appellants to recover for the amount of damage, basing their action on alleged negligence of appellants in repairing the roof.
