*704Rosetta Bagby, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, while alighting in the street through the left rear door of a taxicab operated by National Cab Company, Incorporated, was injured-when a passing, car owned by F. M. Green and driven by Harold Wilson struck the edge of the cab door, causing it to close on her hand.
