| ,The defendant-Appellants, William Trotter and Special T, L.L.C. appeal the district court’s judgment in favor of the plaintiffs-Appellees, Thomas Wynne and Janna Wynne. We amend and affirmed as amended.
On August 14, 2003, Mr. Wynne, a yacht broker and expert fishing vessel operator, accompanied Wiley Horton and two friends on a weekend fishing trip in Venice, Louisiana, aboard the MW Tuner, a 29' foot fishing vessel.
