for the Court:

¶ 1. Marty Parisi was convicted of methamphetamine possession. On appeal, he challenges three of the trial judge’s eviden-tiary rulings as well as the judge’s imposition of a sixty-year enhanced sentence without first conducting a Solem hearing.1 We find Parisi’s second statement to investigators, in which he admitted that he possessed methamphetamine, was properly admitted in rebuttal for the limited purpose of impeaching his prior inconsistent statement and testimony.
