This is an action of ejectment to recover about seven acres of land in Rayburn Township, Armstrong County, and both the plaintiffs and defendants claim through their paternal grandmother, Mrs. Margaret R. Nulton, the common source of title. The defendants are the sons of Barclay Nulton, and they claim the premises through a deed made to him by his mother in June, 1903, and recorded in January, 1904. The plaintiffs are. the son and daughter of McConnell Nulton, or Conn Nulton as he was familiarly known, and they claim title to the land in dispute under the…
