Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Tompkins County (Rowley, J.), entered November 8, 2001, which, inter alia, granted respondent’s cross application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, for modification of a prior order of custody and visitation, and (2) from an order of said court, entered December 11, 2001, which denied petitioner’s motion for reconsideration.
