This cause is before the Court upon the three post-trial motions of the defendants (collectively, “Sephora”), and upon the one post-trial motion of the plaintiff (“Bernstein”). Specifically, Sephora moves (1) for judgment as a matter of law under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(b); (2) for a new trial under FRCP 59(a); and (3) for remittitur of the jury’s award of $130,500 for damages for emotional pain and mental anguish.
