Smith, J.:
The petition is for the settlement of an account of the executors and trustees under the will of Caroline Amelia Brundage, and for directions as to the application of such moneys as remained in a trust after the termination of a life estate. The will of Caroline Amelia Brundage, after several formal provisions, in the 5th provision gave certain specific bequests of specific personal property.
