Marsha R. Cohen (“the plaintiff’) appeals from a final order granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss Count I of her complaint with prejudice. Chicago Title Insurance Co. (“Chicago Title”), Lawyers Title Insurance Corp. (“Lawyers Title”), and Ticor Title Insurance Co. (“Tieor Title”) (collectively, “the defendants”) brought the motion to dismiss. On the authority of Hechtman v. Nations Title Insurance of New York, 840 So.2d 993 (Fla.2003), and Winkler v. Lawyers Title Insurance Corp., 41 So.3d 414 (Fla. 3d DCA 2010), we affirm.
