In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Teresa Barreca, Dana Párente, and Jonathan *950Párente appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Ash, J.), dated May 30, 2012, which denied their motion pursuant to CPLR 603 to sever the action insofar as asserted against them.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
