McAvoy, J.:
The plaintiff was, on June 12, 1918, and it claims it still is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Bussia. It has brought the two causes of action set out in its complaint, one for interest on a deposit alleged to have been made to the credit of the plaintiff in the defendant bank on June 12, 1918, and the other for another such deposit, with interest, alleged to have been made on June 21, 1918.
