LIVELY, Circuit Judge.

This case concerns the “Bill of Rights” of union members contained in the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act, Section 101, 29 U.S.C. § 411 (the Act). The facts require an application of sub-sections (a)(2) and (a) (5). 1

Clyde Kuebler (Appellant) had been a member in good standing of Cleveland Lithographers and Photoengravers Union Local 24-P (Union) from the time of his employment by Art Gravure Corporation in 1967.
