The W. T. Kawleigh Company is a manufacturer and general vendor of patent medicines and kindred products through its agents. About September 19, 1919, tbe plaintiff entered into a written contract with T. L. Sparkman as its agent for the sale of its patent medicines and products in a bouse to bouse canvas through the rural districts.
