FIGA, District Judge.
This patent infringement case is set for a jury trial to commence on September 20, 2004. At the Final Trial Preparation Conference held on May 13, 2004, the Court, pursuant to the request of the defendants, set this matter for a Markman 1 hearing on June 7, 2004, later continued to June 8, 2004. On June 8, 2004, this Court conducted the Markman hearing, receiving the briefs of the parties, the arguments of counsel and various exhibits.
