Court of Appeals of Georgia

1Opinion of the Court

MlKELL, Judge.

Waleed Jaraysi, Nazareth, LLC, and Yasmine’s Entertainment Hall & Shadia’s Restaurant, LLC (collectively “appellants”), filed a petition to compel the City of Marietta (“Marietta”) to comply with their request for documents under the Open Records Act (the “ORA”). They now appeal the trial court’s ruling granting summary judgment to Marietta on their petition. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the summary judgment ruling and remand the case to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
