In a proceeding pursuant to CFLR article 78 to review a determination of the respondents dated March 1, 2011, approving and adopting the Rockland County Comprehensive Flan, the petitioners appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Garvey, J.), dated October 7, 2011, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
