*408This ease is as follows: The Fanners and Merchants Loan and Trust Company, suing on behalf of itself, and of all other creditors of the Norfolk Manufacturing Compatiy, filed its bill in the corporation court of Portsmouth city against Hardy & Elliott, trustees, the Norfolk Manufacturing Company, M. Courtright, AV. L. Lance, Marshall Parks, He Haven Lance, AV. Z.
