Wood, P. J. —
This is an appeal from a judgment recovered by the -appellee, against the estate of William C. Mock, deceased, as compensation for services alleged to have been rendered by her to decedent, during his lifetime. Appellant filed a motion for a new trial, which was overruled, and this appeal followed. The only error assigned for reversal is the overruling of said motion.
