OPINION
Defendant, Thomas L. Zimmerman, was convicted of two counts of aggravated discharge of a firearm and one count of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. The information for aggravated unlawful use of a weapon charged that defendant previously had been adjudicated delinquent for an act that would have been a felony if committed by an adult.
