Jerome Thomas, Jr. appeals from his conviction on three counts of an indictment charging him with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute cocaine base and heroin, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and possession with intent to distribute both cocaine base and heroin, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1); 18 U.S.C. § 2.
