—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Carol Huff, J.), entered February 15, 2000, which denied petitioner’s application to annul respondents’ determination terminating petitioner’s employment as a probationary police officer, and dismissed the petition, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
