This estate is before us again, this time upon appeals taken by the State of Oregon through its State Land Board, which challenge the validity of two orders made July 7, 1955, by the Circuit Court for Multnomah County (Probate Department), one of which determined the amount of compensation payable to the administrator of the estate, United States National Bank of Portland, and the other of which determined the amount payable to the administrator’s attorney, Mr. E.
