{¶ 1} Delinquent-child-appellant, Ritchie Johnson (hereinafter “R.J.”), appeals the judgment of the Allen County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, ordering that he be committed to the Ohio Department of Youth Services (“DYS”). We affirm.
{¶ 2} On March 31, 2010, a complaint was filed in the Stark County Court of Common Pleas, Family Division, alleging that R.J. appeared to be delinquent by reason of the offense of harassment by an inmate in violation of R.C. 2921.38(A), a fifth-degree felony if committed by an adult.
