Frank Flynn of Clark county was married twice. Appellants are two children of his first marriage, and ap pellees are three children of his last marriage. His second wife died in 1916. At the time he was 63 years old. He owned a farm of 110 acres lying at the intersection of the Boonesboro pike and Flanagan pike. The mansion house and improvements were on the eastern part of the •farm fronting on Flanagan pike.
