Case Summary
[1] Demonae Deshawn Lewis ("Lewis") was convicted of several offenses, the most serious of which was Attempted Murder, a Level 1 felony. 1 Lewis now appeals, presenting a single issue that we restate as whether the trial court abused its discretion by admitting certain identification evidence. We conclude that any error in the admission of the challenged identification evidence was-at most-harmless.
