On August 16, 2000, the Kentucky Bar Association filed with this Court its Conclusions of Law and Recommendations of the Board of Governors in KBA File Nos. 7426, 7518, and 7721. These files represented three consolidated charges against Charles H. Zimmerman of Louisville, Kentucky.
