This suit is against Gilbert Oil Company and Carl Chapman, its truck driver and the company's public liability insurer, Zurich General Accident and Liability Insurance Company, Ltd., as the result of an accident involving a Ford Tudor sedan belonging to plaintiff and a Chevrolet tank truck belonging to the defendant Gilbert Oil Company.

Defendants are appealing from a judgment rendered against them in solido by the lower court, for $400, on a demand by plaintiff for judgment for $1,060.86 itemized as follows:
