Plaintiff, Cornell F. Richardson, pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3), seeks judicial review of the final administrative decision of the Commissioner of Social Security who denied plaintiffs claim for supplemental security income (SSI) and Social Security disability insurance (SSDI) benefits because he found that plaintiff retained the residual functional capacity to perform sedentary work and could perform her past work as a bilingual questionnaire clerk.
