MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
ROBERT E. GINSBERG, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the debtors’ motion to direct the Legal Representative to represent CHARLES L. ALBAN and THOMAS E. ANDERSON.
Both Charles L. Alban and Thomas E. Anderson claim to have been exposed to asbestos manufactured by the debtors. However, neither has yet manifested any signs of asbestos-related disease. Nevertheless, Mr. Alban and Mr. Anderson have each filed a proof of claim in these Chapter 11 cases based on possible injuries they might suffer in the future should they develop an asbestos-related…
