— In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendants E. Bevon Miele and Angela Cerchio appeal from a judgment of the *192Supreme Court, Westchester County (Ruskin, J.), dated February 25, 1985, which is in favor of the plaintiff and against them, upon the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.
Judgment reversed, on the law, with costs, and the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment denied.
