1Opinion of the Court

WILSON, Circuit Judge:

*1295 Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin appeals the district court's denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 . Al-Amin argues that he is entitled to habeas relief under Brecht v. Abrahamson , 507 U.S. 619 , 113 S.Ct. 1710 , 123 L.Ed.2d 353 (1993), for the constitutional errors that occurred during his state trial. After careful review and with the benefit of oral argument, we affirm the district court's denial of habeas relief.
