Plaintiffs and appellees, Susie Cleo Jackson Brown and Herman Conrad Jackson, alleging themselves to be the children and sole and only heirs at law of decedent, brought this suit against Lucy Jackson Ware, sister of decedent and administratrix of his succession, and also against the surety on her administratrix bond, for the recovery of $1,562.61, being the total amount of the estate of decedent as shown by the inventory.
