WUEST, Chief Justice.

David H. Larson (plaintiff) appeals from a summary judgment granted to Kreiser’s, Inc. with respect to all of plaintiffs allegations and claims. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

Kreiser’s, Inc. is a family business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, which sells surgical supplies. Plaintiff is the son of Harold Larson, the president and chief executive officer of Kreiser’s, Inc.
