ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMESON, Chief Judge.

This is a motion to dismiss an action for libel, removed to this court on grounds of diversity. The complaint alleges, inter alia, that the defendant annually prints a volume, entitled “Northwestern Tour Book”, which lists and rates motels, hotels and eating establishments throughout the northwestern United States. The defendant makes an annual charge to establishments that desire to be rated and listed as members of the defendant association.
