KENNETH J. MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter presents the issue of whether guarantors of the debtor’s obligations are collaterally estopped from asserting that language in the confirmed plan prevents a creditor from pursuing collection of a judgment owed to it by the guarantors. The guarantors have come to this Court asking for enforcement of Article VII, Section E of the plan to protect them from further collection of the judgment rendered against them and in favor of the creditor by an Indiana state court.
