The object of this suit, the nature of the proceedings therein, and the mode devised by this court to enable the parties to test their respective claims and ascertain cheir rights, are fully set out in the Opinion read when it was here before. 31 Ann. 305.

Pursuant to the decree then rendered an account was tiled by the plaintiff which was opposed by a number of the contributors—by all of them who had theretofore brought suit for their contributions and by others who were induced to demand them then—and the result was that the plaintiff…
