CARBERRY, Senior Judge:
The appellant was tried in 1993 at a general court-martial composed of officer members. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of two specifications of conspiracy, two specifications of violating a general order, two specifications of premeditated murder, and one specification each of armed robbery, adultery, and kidnapping, violations, respectively, of Articles 81, 92, 118, 122, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 892, 918, 922, and 934.
