This is an appeal from an order of the district judge granting a temporary writ of injunction. An election had been held in a certain subdivision of Mata-gorda county, under the provisions of the statute, to determine whether or not horses, mules, jacks, jennets, and cattle should be allowed to run at large in said territory, and at such election, regularly held, a majority of the voters had voted in favor of the prohibition of said running at large.
