| gDefendant/appellant, Charles Allen, appeals his conviction and sentence for attempted illegal carrying of a weapon. For the reasons that follow, defendant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed.
STATEMENT OF THE CASE
On August 7, 2012, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office filed a bill of information charging defendant in count one with being in possession of a firearm1 while also being in possession of Marijuana, a violation of La.
