The plaintiff, E. L. Schwab, is the owner and operator of a moving picture theatre in the city of Portland known as the Third Avenue -Theatre. He brought this suit for the purpose -of obtaining a decree enjoining the defendants, Moving Picture Machine Operators Local No. 159 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employes and Moving Picture Machine Operators of the United States and Canada, a voluntary association, and its officers, and Central Labor Council of Multnomah County, state of Oregon, a voluntary association, and its officers, from picketing his place of business.
