Smith, Judge.

This appeal involves a dispute between the seller and purchaser of nursing homes. Several documents evidence complex transactions among the seller, the purchaser, and various financing institutions and governmental bodies involved in the transactions. We must decide whether certain provisions in those documents are ambiguous and should be construed to reflect the intent of the parties, or are clear and unambiguous and therefore require no construction.
