Landlord and tenant interplead their claims to rent of a subtenant, paid into court.

The trustees of the estate of Florence R. Strauss leased to Okin and Isaacs a plot of land, 168-176 Springfield avenue, Newark, for a term of thirty years, beginning April 1st, 1925, at a yearly rental for the first ten years of approximately $35,000, payable in equal monthly installments.
