|;In this workers’ compensation matter, Shaw Construction (Shaw) appeals a judgment rendered by the workers’ compensation judge (WJC) in favor of Marvin Ar-naud, its former employee, awarding him Supplemental Earning Benefits (SEBs), reimbursing him for all of his out-of-pocket medical expenses, and authorizing treatment by his choice of orthopedist. Mr. Arnaud answers the appeal, asserting that the WCJ erred in denying his original request for penalties and attorneys fees and seeking additional attorney fees on appeal.
