This court has before it two motions with respect to the operation by the Yachthaven Restaurant, Inc., debtor herein, of a restaurant at the World’s Fair Marina in Queens, New York. The debtor had operated such restaurant prior to the filing against it of an involuntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
