MADDEN, Judge:
These three appeals, which will be treated in one opinion, are from judgments rendered against the appellants by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington, Southern Division. The appellants are the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America (AFL-CIO), and Carpenters Local 1849, located at Pasco, Washington, of the same union. They will be referred to hereinafter as “International” and “Local 1849” or, collectively, as the Carpenters.
