Adam Gordy was convicted in California state court in 2008 of various noncapital crimes. In 2011, he filed a federal habeas petition, challenging his conviction principally on due process grounds. The 2011 petition was denied, and Gordy now moves for authorization to file a second or successive ' habeas petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. We deny his motion.
