Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (McGann, J.), rendered November 3, 2000, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree and assault in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the Supreme Court properly excluded seven of the defendant’s alibi witnesses, one of which was the defendant’s mother, from the courtroom during the defendant’s testimony.
